Support will be provided when:

  • The Issue/Question is about theme usage and configuration

  • You find a bug in the theme

  • The theme is not working on your server

  • It is a regular WordPress Question



Support will NOT (we repeat NOT) be provided when:

  • You want Feature X to be integrated into the theme

  • You want to modify the theme to suit your specific needs



We will only answer support requests if you have a valid purchase code.

We aim to answer you support request within 24-48 hours, and thank you for your patience.
